Refund policy
Returns & Cancellations
We have a 5-day return policy. Which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to notify us of any defects or missing parts, for us to then make right as soon as we can. All parts and shipments are checked for quality and completeness and should reach you in good condition. We will aim to make right any shortcomings you might spot on arrival and help with any questions you might have.
Our margins are absolutely rock-bottom. We're a small team of enthusiasts. The aim of this project is to be able to provide affordable quality harps to as many people as possible. We therefore beg you for a collaborative approach to returns and customer service, as to not overload our support or cause unnecessary expense. So we can keep things affordable for future generations harpists.
The extend to which we can provide returns or refunds depends on the condition the items are in. For instance we can not refund items gone missing or damaged during self-assembly, not following of instruction manuals or unintended use. We are available to help with any issue and our team is excellent in finding creative solutions: contact us at support@harpeharp.zohodesk.eu . Please include pictures and/or videos of the issue(s) and we can take it from there.
In case of cancellations or returns, we always aim to refund the maximum we can but only on a discretionary basis, depending on your timing, reason and location, condition in which we receive parts back and restocking cost involved.
Warranty notice
We provide full statutory factory warranty on all parts. We cannot however offer any warranty on the success of your DIY project, e.g., parts damaged or altered during self-assembly, self-coating or the breaking of strings during stringing and tuning. As any instrument strings slowly wear over time and during playing, strings are not covered by warranty after you have received all strings in tact. We do offer all spare parts and strings at reasonable prices to encourage experiment at relatively low risk. We can take back individual parts on a discretionary basis, with refund depending on condition and restocking cost.
